I'm Jacquelyn Girling. I'm 18 years old and from Houston, TX. I've always loved singing and I've grown up in a musical family my entire life. When I was 12 years old I decided to try writing songs and have loved it ever since. But it wasn't till January 2009 that I started taking guitar lessons, as well as teach myself some piano. I picked them both up quickly and was then able to put my lyrics with music. From then on I've only grown more and more with my music. All the songs I've written are from something I have experienced or someone close to me that went through something.
